Eleven Palestinians were abducted by Israeli forces on Thursday night, from several parts of the occupied West Bank, and seven others were injured, reported the Palestinian Wafa News Agency.
Four Palestinians, including two brothers, were detained from Salem village east of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Soldiers stormed more than 30 Palestinian-owned homes, breaking down doors and tearing apart the homes, in overnight incursions across the West Bank.
Several houses were stormed and doors broken by Israeli forces in Al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village south of Nablus.
Israeli forces rounded up three Palestinians invaded Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, in central West Bank. Confrontations resulted when local Palestinian youths protested the raid and soldiers opened fire wounding three with live ammunition. The wounded were rushed to hospital for emergency treatment.
Sources also confirmed that three Palestinians from Hebron, in the southern West Bank, one from Hebron city and two others from Sa’ir town.
At the entrance of the al-Far’a refugee camp, south of Tubas, northern West Bank, Israeli soldiers shot and injured four Palestinians, one of whom was wounded with a live round in the foot, while the other three were shot with rubber-coated steel bullets.
Two Palestinians from East Jerusalem’s Batn al-Hawa neighborhood were abducted by Israeli police. Seven families in the neighborhood are facing forced expulsions from their homes and the neighborhood, in favor of illegal settlers.
Five more Palestinians were detained near Bab al- Amoud, otherwise known as the Damascus Gate of the sacred Al-Aqsa Mosque, in occupied East Jerusalem.
In the central Ramallah district, soldiers invaded the home of a former prisoner and re-arrested him from Kharbatha Bani Harith town, west of Ramallah city.
In related news, Israeli forces, on Thursday, detained Nufouth Hammad, 14, a Palestinian girl from the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, where dozens of Palestinian families are under threat of forced expulsion from their homes, according to WAFA.
The girl was detained by the Israeli police under the pretext of painting Palestinian flags on children’s faces during an entertainment event for Palestine in the neighborhood.
